All Active Journeyman of Local 21 are allowed to solicit anywhere within the four counties that Local 21 covers ( Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess and Ulster ).
Anything outside those counties shall be from Business Manager to Business Manager or Business Manager to Business Agent or Business Agent to Business Agent.
Please do not shape or call any outside Local union halls it could jeopardize future work for our members.
